Project Details

We recently installed a cooling coil and a 12 ton condenser that will the outdoor air coming into the kitchen at @Kissa Tanto, one of Vancouver's only Michelin Guide Star restaurants. To cool 30 degree (or higher) outside air down to a bearable level during our hottest months, it takes a lot of cost, cooling capacity and energy. More and more this is a cost that many restaurants are willing to bear to keep their high demand kitchens open during our increasingly hotter summers where kitchens can reach up 50+ degrees during the hottest days.
